The Product Manager will be responsible for developing our product strategy and will be a focal point between business and development teams. This is our first Product Manager role, so big responsibility and a once in a blue moon opportunity.

You will work with, and report directly to the Head of Product. This will be a combination of high level strategy, coupled with hands-on execution. We’re growing, and all-hands are on deck.

What You’ll Do

‍

• Develop the product strategy together with the leadership team. 
• Work with enterprise customers to identify needs and map them to the overall product roadmap.
• Work closely with the development team and be responsible and accountable for product releases. 
• Be the domain expert, mastering both the customer needs and the product capabilities.

What We Look For  

‍

• ִ3-5 years of product management. Experience in Fintech - a big advantage.
• Superb communication skills - a great talker, writer and even a better listener.  
• High attention to details and never forgetting a task - ‘set it and forget it’ level trust. 
• Easy to work with - a must. 
• Smart and down to earth - a must. No big egos here. 
• Can-do attitude, positivity, and full accountability mindset
